Concerns & Complaints
Concerns & Complaints Leaflet
At Manuden Primary School, the happiness and safety of every child is at the heart of what we do. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
We value open communication with parents and carers and encourage you to share any concerns as soon as they arise. Whether it’s a worry about your child’s well-being, their progress, or any aspect of school life, we are here to listen and work together to find solutions.
If you have a concern, we ask you:
- Speak with your child’s class teacher as a first point of contact. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through a conversation.
- If further action is needed, or you feel your concern requires additional attention, please contact the headteacher or a senior member of staff.
- For more serious matters or if you wish to make a formal complaint, we have a clear and transparent complaint procedure, which can be accessed via the school office or our website.
We are committed to working with you to address any issues in a timely and respectful manner, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your child. Your feedback helps us to continuously improve and maintain a positive school community.
Together, we can ensure that Manuden Primary School remains a place where every child feels happy, safe, and supported to achieve their best.
